Stop trying to start the car, because repeated cranking drains the battery and can overheat the fuel pump. Switch on the hazard lights, and if you are on a fast road, wait behind the barrier and away from traffic. Then send your location pin.
Can fuel be delivered inside Yas Mall parking or a hotel car park?
