No. ACDelco is GM's parts brand, but a battery only has to match the car's size, terminal layout and rating. We regularly fit ACDelco to Ford, Dodge and Jeep models that use the same BCI group sizes.

My Tahoe has start-stop. Which ACDelco battery does it need?

It needs an AGM battery in the same group size as the original. Recent GM trucks with start-stop are built with AGM, and a plain flooded battery will not last in that job. We check the part label on the old battery first.

Can you change the battery on a large SUV at my villa on Yas Island?
