Yes, both. For villas we need the village and villa number, and for Downtown the building number and where the car is parked. Entry is confirmed with you before attending, as the community gate may check visitors.
I drive long distances every day. Why did my battery still fail?
Because long drives keep a battery charged but do not stop it ageing. Heat under the bonnet slowly breaks down the plates inside. A well-charged battery can test fine one month and fail the next once its capacity has worn away.
Can you come before I leave for work?
We will try, but cannot promise a set time. Arrival time depends on technician availability, traffic and access. If you notice slow starting the evening before, book then, so the visit is not competing with the morning rush.
