No. We are an independent mobile battery service with no desk, staff or agreement at the airport. A technician drives in like any other visitor, so access to the car park is confirmed before attending and airport rules apply.
Tell the car park help point or staff that your car has broken down, then call us. Car park operators usually have a procedure for this. We cannot promise a fixed arrival, as it depends on technician availability, traffic and access.
Have the battery tested before you travel. A healthy battery copes with two weeks of standing, while a weak one may not manage five days. Switch off the dashcam parking mode and unplug chargers before you leave the car.
